Customs Import Duty & Taxes
For all international orders please be aware that we are not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs.
Our prices on our online store, do not include relevant overseas duties & other custom charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.
These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s custom charges prior to placing the order.
YHARNNA DESIGNS LTD is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties & tax. Please keep an eye out for your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.
If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.
Can I cancel my order?
Under the consumer protection you have the right to cancel your order. In order to cancel an order you must first inform us by sending an email to Naythan@yharnnadesigns.com. Once this has been noted, you will then receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Returns
Original Artwork
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on original artwork unless the item is defected or damaged. In this case please email: Naythan@yharnnadesigns.com within 14 days from the delivery date.
Prints
Should there be any issues with your print order please email us at: Naythan@yharnnadesigns.com
Print returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No creases/damage and in immaculate condition
We reserve the right to return your item back to you if it does not adhere to the above.
You must return your items(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date. All returns must be sent on tracked delivery only as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.
Once your return is received, it will then be processed and inspected by our warehouse team. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Given that we are satisfied that there is no damaged, you will then be issued a refund. Please note that this can take up to 7days from when your print was received.
