UPDATED APRIL 3RD

WE ARE STILL DISPATCHING ORDERS

Whilst doing everything possible for the wellbeing of our customers and staff, we have taken the decision to continue delivering artwork as best and as safely as we can.

Dispatch

The currently very high demand for orders and a shortage of pick and pack staff means that orders are taking on average 2-3 days to dispatch.

There is a current delay for all Larger format prints (50x70cm and A1 size) please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

All orders over £80 are sent with DPD NEXT DAY DELIVERY or DHL.

All orders under £80 are sent with ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48.

SHIPPING

As of today all UK couriers and postal services are running with some delays, however, we expect these to increase as companies see a higher demand and more shortages of staff over the coming days and weeks.

Some international courier routes have been closed, however at this point in time we have mostly found alternative carriers, so we are currently able to deliver to all major destinations, albeit with some limitations of options and prices.

CONTACTLESS DELIVERY

Courier companies are now introducing new procedures where customers no longer need to sign for parcels.
